We provide our clients with comprehensive legal assistance. The firm was founded in 1991, by attorney Zbigniew Wierzbinski and since 2022, has been led by attorney Marek Wierzbinski. During this time we have gained the practice and experience necessary to represent our clients. What is attorney-client privilege?
According to Article 6, paragraphs 1-3 of the Law of May 26, 1982, – Law on Advocacy, „A lawyer is obliged to keep secret everything he has learned in connection with the provision of legal assistance. The obligation of professional secrecy cannot be limited in time. A lawyer may not be relieved from the obligation of professional secrecy as to the facts of which he became aware while providing legal assistance or conducting a case.”
For our clients, this means that the information they provide to us in the course of providing advice, in connection with the drafting of opinions, draft agreements or in the course of handling a case is protected by professional secrecy and cannot be disclosed to third parties or before courts or authorities.

Is the fact of having liability insurance important to the client? Doesn’t it suggest the possibility of an attorney making a mistake?
Liability insurance for an attorney representing his client is very important to the client. Everyone can make a mistake at some point, only those who do nothing are not wrong. What is important, however, is that when using the services of an attorney, the client is assured that he or she is covered by a third-party liability insurance policy with a guarantee amount of no less than 50,000 euros (in our case, 250,000 euros). This gives the client a guarantee of security and the certainty of protecting his interests.
It is also worth mentioning that not every entity engaged in a profession related to the provision of legal assistance is covered by the obligation to purchase liability insurance. Private entrepreneurs often do not take advantage of such an opportunity, especially at the beginning of their business, in order to minimize the immediate costs of their activities, without looking at the long-term consequences of such a decision.
